Reiki is a gentle, intuitive flow of universal life energy – I like to describe it as a massage for your energy field.

It works by supporting the body’s natural ability to rebalance itself - physically, mentally, and emotionally. Reiki encourages deep relaxation, nervous‑system regulation, and a sense of inner clarity. It’s a simple, non‑invasive way to pause, reset, and reconnect with yourself in a world that rarely slows down.

Most people leave their session feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

Yes - Reiki is generally considered a safe, non-invasive complementary therapy with no officially recognized medical contraindications, making it suitable for everyone. It is not a cure but rather a method for reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

Reiki is a complementary therapy and should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment or advice.

Reiki is a one to one healing experience. The treatment room will be softly lit, there will be a comfortable treatment bed where you will be invited to lay down fully clothed.

I will talk you into a meditative state, I’ll place my hands lightly on or just above different areas of your body. The touch is gentle, still, and non‑invasive. Many people feel warmth, tingling, or a sense of deep relaxation.

As the session unfolds, your body will naturally move into a more restful state. It’s common to feel your breath slow, your mind quiet, and your whole system soften.

At the end, of the treatment you’ll have a moment to re‑ground before getting up. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more balanced.

Meditation is a way of directing your attention to the body - it helps the mind settle, the body soften, and the nervous system shift into calm. I practice guided meditation, providing a supportive voice to lead you through the experience, rather than you sitting in silence on your own. Giving the mind something to follow makes it easier, & helps to reduce stress more quickly.

Meditation can reduce stress, improve sleep, help you to feel calmer and more grounded & support healing and emotional balance.

Meditation is a gentle practice that supports relaxation, clarity, and emotional wellbeing. Most people find it soothing and beneficial, but everyone’s experience is unique. Please let me know before your session if you:

  • are currently navigating PTSD, trauma, anxiety or panic and would like a gentler approach
  • have ADHD and benefit from shorter or movement‑based practices
  • are navigating grief or emotional overwhelm

Meditation should feel supportive, not stressful. I’m always happy to adapt the style, pace, or structure so the practice feels safe and comfortable for you.

Meditation is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical care. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.

Sound healing, often referred to as a sound bath, is a powerful type of meditative experience. It uses vibration, frequency, and resonance to bring the mind, body, and energy system back into balance. It works because the body is naturally rhythmic and responsive to sound -  when you introduce calming, steady frequencies, the nervous system begins to 'reset', guiding the body out of stress mode.

As with other forms of meditation, sound healing can reduce stress, improve sleep, help you to feel calmer and more grounded & support healing and emotional balance.

Sound healing is gentle and suitable for most people. However, certain situations may require extra care. Please let me know before your session if you:

  • live with epilepsy or experience seizures
  • have sound sensitivity, tinnitus, or sensory processing challenges
  • are pregnant and prefer softer sound work
  • have a pacemaker or metal implants
  • are currently navigating PTSD or trauma and would like a gentler approach

Sound healing should feel safe, soothing, and supportive. I’m always happy to adjust volume, distance, or instruments to ensure your comfort.

Sound healing is a complementary wellness practice and not a substitute for medical care. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional before attending.
