Hi, I’m Lindsay, I’m so glad that you found me!
After almost 3 decades in the corporate world, I felt a quiet but persistent calling to step into a different kind of work. A gentler, more intuitive path. One that honours our inner world as much as the outer one.
Eventually, I chose to follow that calling, & that's when Found Sister was born - a space for restorative healing, utilising Reiki, sound healing & meditation.
A space where you can reconnect with your inner calm.
